The first recorded purchase of this land occurred in 1839.  The first building, a simple farmhouse, was built in 1847.  In 1937, the first floor of the house was turned into a tavern, which sometimes served as a house of “ill fame.”  In 1954, the tavern was sold, and the new owners called it, “The Red Mill.”  Although the property has changed hands over the years, the name has remained the same.

On behalf of the owners and staff, we welcome you to this historic place and hope you will enjoy our tasty food, cocktails, live music, and friendly atmosphere.
